Could I work with you to develop http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org which
is looking for Volunteers and partner organisations to create their own
TRUST Libraries anywhere :) http://www.MUSTart.org show how the public
use this resource.

Finally would it be possible to produce http://www.PLAYGROUNDgames.org
with education organisations you know?

(more info below)
Ed http://www.WHYMANdesign.com

Can http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org give away FREE Books with you in 50+ uk
locations? We are using the http://www.Traidmark.org business structure
which can help anyone for free. Can you provide art in 50 uk locations
with us too? Can we install the Trust Library in your entrance foyet?
Who can we talk to about doing this in other locations (to order the
library donate online and we can deliver directly. To Volunteer please
leave contact details and location on the Volunteers page)
http://www.MUSTart.org show how the public create art from the Trust
Libraries in different ways.

Can http://www.WEBiversity.org work with you so we can share the best
eduction video's for free to everyone:)

Please reply by commenting directly on the website
http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org (register and then comment) so that others
can share your insight in an open way)

We are getting as many unwanted free books and give them away for free
with volunteers in 50 new shops that we are opening across the country
with a charity. (this is a new way to use items such as books that
charity shops can not sell [worth less than 50p] to enhance literacy
levels and community cohesion while saving books from being recycled).
Can you please forward this email on to the relevant people. We are
looking to use the books that charity shops send to be recycled/pulped
to help raise literacy levels in the UK (before the books can then be
sent aborad).

We are starting with these locations (but will roll our rappidly to 50
locations that ar elisted on the website) and were hoping we could
collaborate with you to create pop up community activities using your
volunteers in each of them?

(A) Portsmouth
(B) Redditch
(C) Sutton Coldfield
(D) Preston
(E) Harrow and Bromley

We are looking for..
Volunteers to run individual shops across the country
Unwanted books (other items) to give away
Logisitcs to deliver the goods to the shops
More empty locations to create free trust libraries.
Funding of course to purchase many books off charity shops.

Could we also create Trust Libraries in other locations you know about too?

Could you possibly supply books to do this (they can be any sort of
books especially books that were going to be pulped)? (We are looking
for the books to be delivered in boxes to the 50 different uk locations
across the country. We have collected donations and are able to cover
the cost of delivery and the wholesale book costs but would ideally like
to get the books for free as we are using them for a charitable aim
helping people read more (and therefore increasing your customer base)

If we can work with you this will give you great pr and exposure on high
streets and enhance your organisation. We are also looking for as many
unwanted books to be donated in these shops. Do you have any good
contacts for this.

ALSO Would it be possible to link us up with volunteer shop managers who
are interested in enhancing their neighbourhood with community projects?

We also created http://www.WEBiversity.org which may be of use to?
(would love to collaborate on this with others too:)

I am trying to get in contact with the other people to see if
organisations across the country could be interested in running some of
the 50 high street shops that we could end up managing. Can you suggest
anyone or any organisation

Please feel free to respond to this email by logging on and sharing
your knowledge online so everyone can share it...

https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=348867089849
and
http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org

Below is the generic email with more details (please forward this on)...

http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org enhance your work by creatinge 50 free Trust
Libraries in high street shops across the country with you (we are
working with a registered charity)? This will provide great outreach
opportunities...

We have been working on the best way to benefit your
great work with Trust Libraries and have found that we can boost
your educational and marketings aims while generating microdonations
that can fund more Trust Libraries so our collaborative success will
fund more success in a scalable manner that could sustain exponential
growth.

So...
Can we work with you to make a 21st Century version of the Carnegie
library (but 00's of them all over the place for free)?

We have trialled this and would love to work with you to expand the
proven TRUST Library concept using your great contacts to make it a
success. Can we work with you to provide free access to reading for all?
After successfully giving free books away at the British Library we are
hoping we can give free books away where you are. Do you want any free
books or want to give free books away? If so read on
https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=348867089849

We are teaming up with a UK Charity and are looking to partner with
individuals and organisations that want to collaborate so that we can
give as many free books away to the public. The aim is to give free
books away and see how many great people are interested in helping
others by doing anything from running oneof the 50+ free Trust Libraries
to distributing books or putting on a talk, performance or importantly
helping hand out free books on the street. If you can help please list
your contact details and what you can do in the comments part below this
text (after logging in) or Tweet a message to @Trustlibrary

Also can you help http://www.webiversity.org share FREE educational
video for all AND create a collaboration microfinance platform?
http://ow.ly/1h2Lr too?

Ed

Here are some points I email to everyone to help (though you probably
already have heard of this:).

A.
Empowering everyone to help everyone can be more valuable than money and
can be done cheeply/free by sharing or giving free items
(software/books) away. http://www.WEBiversity.org and
http://www.MUSTart.org are examples
of this.

B.
http://www.Traidmark.org is one example of how any funds can be spent
more efficiently by creating institutional innovation. This can be used
by anyone no matter how much money they have (especially as they use the
funds to spend them in the most creative way they can come up with so
they may not actually need any funds to create something good).
http://www.FREEtraid.com is one example.

C.
One great way to solve problems is to ask the person asking the question
(problem finder) if they know of the answer or if they can look into
solving it so they become the problem solver too:)

e.g.
1.
How can enterprise and innovation be improved and created
institutionally? http://www.Traidmark.org is one way to create
institutional innovation.

2.
How can anyone set up their own self sustaining innovation space?
http://www.BARcampBAR.org and http://www.FREEtraid.org both have
examples of how this can be done.

How else can everyone be A. Empowered to create innovative solutions so
social problems and B. Self sustain themselves by earning enough to live
and learn?

http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org are looking for Volunteers and partner organisations:) Handbook Released

TRUSTlibrary.org Setup Guidance

Thanks for looking into how to make your own FREE Trust Library. The aim is to help others get free books and then give them away so that we can all easily help each other have a nicer day! The key is to make the Library easy to spot using the most accessibly location while making the library look as stylish as possible using the resources you have. For starters we have created the website with documents to download to make it as easy as possible for you to improve your neighbourhood by creating a trust library. The best part is that you can make it however you want and show others what you made here. So to help you here are some pointers (essentially put books in boxes with posters and list the location on TRUSTlibrary.org)...

Download all the documents on http://wwww.TRUSTlibrary.org.

List yourself on the Volunteers page and then to chat with other volunteers to get the latest advice. http://www.webjam.com/TRUSTlibrary/volunteers
List your name & what you can 1. GIVE 2. WANT 3. Email Contact 4. Your Donation 5. Suggestions

So I put this...Ed Whyman
1. I want to volunteer and will promote this site on Facebook/Twitter
2. I want to make exciting collaborative artworks using recycled material.
3. http://www.twitter.com/whymandesign
4. I have subscribed to donate £9 a month and have set up a trust library using my unwanted books.
6.I also can provide art to display in the shops. examples at at http://www.whymandesign.com

Book Stamp Design (text to use to stamp every book that goes through the Library)
You can create & get free stamps and postcards/T-shirts from http://www.VISTAprint.com
FREE BOOK FREEtraid.org Read/Review/Draw/Give & Donate TRUSTlibrary.org rate__/99 write review....

Website
Please list the location of the Trust Library you are looking to make on the website and when it is made please take pictures and video's and link to it from the relevant Town page. (If no town page exists ask for one by commenting on the http://www.webjam.com/TRUSTlibrary/volunteers page.)

Social Sites (Facebook/twitter...)
As a volunteer you can get feedback on what you are doing on Facebook and Twitter by joining this group https://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=348867089849 and follow http://twitter.com/TRUSTlibrary or use this #WEBiversity

Build your Library
Find a location and stick up the posters and signs there and around town so that others know where to go to find your library. Use recycled material such as cardboard boxes and modify/improve them by sticking posters on or painting them. Then put as many unwanted books as you can collect (after stamping them with the stamp)

Get books
Use the people you already know to get books. Friends/family/collogues are the best contacts. At least one should know someone who is getting rid of books. If that is not successful then either call or walk in to your local charity shops and ask them if you can take any books that they can not sell away in exchange for a donation (You can get a lot of books for under £10 and if you can not afford that contact us and we can help). http://www.charityshops.org.uk or similar sites will give you the contact details for your local charity shops.

Book Review Information (post at http://www.webjam.com/trustlibrary/book_review )
Please list the books below in this order
1. Location found
2. Who you gave the book to (or will give to)
3. Book Name
4. Your Review
5. Link to the book review from http://www.WEBiversity.org
6. Your contact details (hear about when free books are given away in your local area by subscribing to our newsletter and follow us at http://www.twitter.com/trustlibrary

Ed Whyman
1. I found a book at the British Library.

3. Book Name: The Power Of Now.
4. I rate it 9/10 Great explanation of how everyone can make their life great by enjoying living now and combating unnecessary worrying.

Want to help/collaborate to make this NEW community project where we give things away for free!...
http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org are planning on opening 50 shops with a
registered charity to give free books away and help communities. It
would be great to volunteer with you on this project to help others and
create a selfless enterprise!

Also http://www.WEBiversity.org has inspiring video clips and we would
love to develop wthis ith others using http://www.Traidmark.org model.

If so contact http://www.WHYmanDESIGN.com Ed

More details about http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org below...

TRUSTlibrary.org are looking to open up 50 shops across the uk with a
registered charity to give away FREE books and I was hoping someone you
know might be interested in this?

I am trying to get in contact with the best person to see if Student
Unions across the country could be interested in running some of the 50
high street shops that we could end up managing! It would be great to
work with you to get the students to volunteer to run the shops so we
can give free books away (in exchange for donations:). This could easily
lead on to a permanent thing were we could then expand to provide drinks
or other services in the locations too!

We are looking for..

Unwanted books (other items) to give away
Logisitcs to deliver the goods to the shops
More empty locations to create free trust libraries.

If you can help please list your contact details and what you can do in the comments part below this text (after logging in) or Tweet a message to @Trustlibrary

#Help others #happiness and #success in a #collaborative #startup!

1.
Would it be possible to work with your teams on a philanthropic project that will enhance your organisations popularity as part of your brand new corporate responsibility work:)

It would be great to work with people you know on 'do good' projects using the once in a lifetime opportunity the mobile age creates to address human problems responsibly without red tape!:) @ideasthatgive @ew4n @FrancoSays @mikecam1 @dvelo @mykro @kiva @wokai @saul @Directgov_i lets use @bullyproofsms & @rhomobile to make http://ow.ly/1gXOZ using http://www.Traidmark.org

Also

2.
Can http://www.Playgroundgames.org http://www.WEBiversity.org
http://www.MUSTart.org and http://www.FREEtraid.com
Work with you to create mobile applications? Can we get funding somehow?

Each project has all the details on its website.

3.
Here are some FREE points to help (that I guess we all know but I keep forgetting them so thought everyone would like to be kindly reminded:).

A.
Empowering everyone to help everyone can be more valuable than money and
can be done cheeply/free by sharing or giving free items (software)
away. http://www.WEBiversity.org and http://www.MUSTart.org are examples
of this.

B.
http://www.Traidmark.org is one example of how any funds can be spent
more efficiently by creating institutional innovation.

Self sustain themselves by earning enough to live
and learn?

#FREE #Happiness in 8 #hours

No No No Yes. Saying Yes / No Happiness and 8 hours!
1.
What is the unmeasurable negative effect of people saying no or being negative on you me and society? Is it worse to ignore someone than say no to them? Probably...

Here is a list of obvious ways to handle any situation from bad to good...

BAD - Insult, Ignore, Say No, Suggest something, Encourage, Congratulate, Say Yes, Recommend - GOOD

So it takes less effort to say to someone that they are doing well and makes you feel good too.
It appears to be all linked to the EGO that makes some people confused and think that they are better than others so don't want to care or help them which leads to the BAD reactions to any/every enquiry. As these people are negative to other people they get negative responses too leading to a cycle of negativity which makes the egotistical person feel worse and worse. The person who has control of their EGO and acts selflessly helping others gets rewarded many times over as others are nice back to them creating a cycle of GOOD where everyone wins. Often stress creates the negative cycle but this can be combated by looking at others who have 'less' making you feel humble and by laughing at ourselves as in the grand scheme of things nothing we do (nor our lives) appear to matter.

2.
This leads on to how you live your life. To enjoy it or to reach some goal that your parents/society has imposed on you? The TED talk below makes me step back and think about what is important and how money and status are worth less than self belief and pride...
Do not look for happiness but create it with what you have got.

http://webiversity.mirocommunity.org/video/16565/the-habits-of-happiness-matthi

When people have no choice they change their preferences to make them more happy about what they have. When they have choice they are always comparing what they have to others so are less happy as they compare with the average.

On average nothing is average!

3.
Which leads to what you do with 8 hours of your life! well 3 sets of 8 hours.

8 hours working...

If one person can do a job better than someone else should they take ove the job?

How does that apply to what you do? Would you step aside if someone could do your job better than you?

If you step aside then you would be able to do a different job that you are even better at.

So everyone should keep looking out for someone who could do their job better than them. When they find that person they should give them their job so that they can go on to work in areas that they excel in.

8 hour sleeping...

Is there a way to do good while you sleep? Create a website that offers advice/ helps others that will be online while you sleep.

8 hours relaxing...

Is there a way to do good while you relax? Finding your passion in life and using that to build something that can be used to help others in your local/global community be it art/writing/acting/dancing/singing/playing...

4.
FREEtraid.com aims to help anyone maximise the positive effect of using any time in their day by sharing free advice on using any skill to give away free products/services in exchange for donations so that you can then fund even more great work. Its a gift economy that funds innovative work.

#FREE #LOVE #GIVEAWAY FREE #Book #library at http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org & FREE #ART at http://www.MUSTart.org

FREE LOVE GIVEAWAY (and happiness too just help others and give your love away:)

Make yourself happy and content by giving. Please share your experience of making yourself happy by giving (takes 5 mins and will help someone else)...

Is pain and suffering almost always caused by selfish minds? It appears so.
That appears to be one main cause of suffering as many people think they are going without so take from others.Take a look at any selfish or 'evil'/'bad' person. They are always selfish and dont realise that they could give others happiness if they took time to step back and look at their life. Instead they think there is no time to look at their life (takes 5 minutes) so miss the chance to make their life happy and content.

I keep forgetting to appreciate what i have and keep getting wound up by life's little problems based around things like my Career.
All of these anxieties come from comparing myself to others so it is inevitable that i am unhappy at least 50% of the time as i (and everyone else) expects to be getting at least above average out of life if not to at least 90%! (meaning i am unhappy 90% of the time!!!).

Several different people suggested going for a walk whenever I feel bad (which works amazingly) and also to look on life not as a task but as a 'once in a lifetime' opportunity to see how many other people we can help and make happy. After all if you make someone else happy it makes you feel good so that can only be good. One other way is to look back at the simple things in life that I HAVE rather than look forward at the things i think i want. When i forget to appreciate these things i look up a video of someone who does not have one of these or try to find someone in the street who is missing one of these and try to help them a little. Below is a list of these things (if you cant do one move on to the next please)...

I can Breathe (breath in and out 10 times slowly concentrating on the air flowing into and out of your lounges) [hold your breath for a bit]
I can Touch (move one part of your body very slowly and concentrate on the sense) [sit still then move a tiny part of your body]
I can See (look at one small object or your hand and enjoy being able to see this) [close then open your eyes]
I can Hear (close your eyes and listen to the quietest sounds and enjoy them) [put your fingers in your ears;p]
I can Smell (breath in slowly through your nose and see what you can smell) [breath in through your mouth then nose]
I can Taste (What does your mouth taste like, the air or your skin?) [Eat something tasty]
I can Give (find someone who needs something and give it to them...Hug, Kiss...) [Dont forget to give yourself something too by hugging others]

Do you know any other ways to remind yourself to control your EGO so you stop thinking about yourself and concentrate on helping others who are less (and more) fortunate than you are? Please share this information and any other ways to enjoy life (no matter how obvious) to http://www.FREEHUG.org
We are also looking for people to collaborate on this project. Are you interested?

Books that give lots of great advice on this are listed below as are lots of GREAT TED talks which explain about the benefits of selflessness (it makes YOU happy:) plus lots of free books can be downloaded from Project Gutenberg htt://www.gutenberg.org/

@beunreasonable @4ip @improve @application @form so @everyone @wins when @apply ing 4 @competition by @collaboration @job Rt pls

@beunreasonable @4ip @improve @application @form @c.v. so that @everyone @wins when @apply ing 4 @competition by @collaboration

Please make application forms of all types as simple as possible so that you do not waste the time of the hundreds if not thousands of people who apply. Otherwise your forms and application processes are doing more harm than good by wasting the time of a large number of passionate people so that you can give funds to a small number of people.

With the birth of the WEB and the collaboration/sharing economy that we are in it is not about finding an elite of promising people to fund any more but now about (as it is now possible to) helping EVERYONE now:) http://wwww.Traidmark.org shows one efficient way of making this is possible and http://ww.WEBiversity.org is one example of how helping others can be cheep and efficient. More tips at http://ow.ly/16H50B

http://www.BARcampBAR.org and http://www.FREEtraid.com are two examples of how applicants can prove themselves in a self sustaining way that creates donations for innovative charitable work in order to help those less well off than ourselves.

FREE ways to help everyone...business structure http://www.Traidmark.org...

Self sustain themselves by earning enough to live
and learn?

Traidmark.org is explained more...
Is it possible to work with you to enhance your great applications by
adding goodwill to it by 1. running it as a not for profit
(Traidmark.org) and 2. making the software open source (only for not for
profit use) so we can work on other public service products?

Would it be possible to create a 999 application with you as a free
public service that can save lives too?

Can I propose the Business structure that creates an additional USP so
you can beat any competitors in the field.

I would like to propose a way to create an additional USP that will
benefit* any organisation by creating the cumulative mass needed to make
your business a success by donating 100% of your companies Net profit to
innovative charitable work.

*Increased goodwill with the financial benefits that lead to rapid
growth which causes a rapid increase in profit which leads to an
increase in performance related pay for all involved.

This would create a USP that your competitors will not be able to
compete against allowing you to grow rapidly taking market share as you
gain consumer goodwill. This will allow hard work to be rewarded with
performance related pay.

The wider community will then be interested in enhancing any
services/software
which will dramatically increase your orgs servicest.

This business structure will enable your organisation to evolve and work
within a more philanthropic structure while gaining goodwill from
customers/workers/suppliers by clearly explaining their NET donation
percentages.

Q&A

How will I make my millions if I implement this structure?
Hard work and innovation by founders and employees will be rewarded with
performance pay relating to the growth of the company so hard work is
still rewarded. This could be expanded to reward members of the open
source community too.

How will the company survive hard times?
The Net profit can be invested and then donated up to a couple of years
after it has been generated in order secure the companies financial
stability.

How will the company pay for R&D?
The net profit is profit after the company has spent on R&D so still
allows progressive business development.

What other effects will there be?
Workers will be more careful about how they spend the money knowing that
it is being taken away from the end good cause rather than from a
shareholders dividend, which will make the organisation more efficient.
Many benefits will be created from customers / suppliers / partners /
stakeholders / workers that will silently boost the business.

This would...

1 create funds for charity
2 make charity more 'efficient'
3 boost your companies success rate with added goodwill
4 enable people who created your project to get rewarded financially
though performance pay while creating an organisation that is able to
provide a platform for goodwill collaboration where everyone is rewarded
for their hard/clever work knowing that all benefits go towards 'good
causes':)

FREE Institutional Innovation structure that benefits everyone.

Business structures to benefits everyone by creating institutional
innovation that will make any organisation innovative more and therefore
create better services that then help improve everyone's lives.

Explanation of the benefits from the simple act of donating net profit.

An organisation is trading normally today (or is in difficulty or not
making a profit)

The organisation makes the simple change of structure by formally
agreeing to donate 100% net profit (after wages/tax/R&D) into innovation
and innovative brand new charitable work.

This enables the organisation to get a goodwill value boost overnight
which increases the value of the company.

Customers an suppliers and competitors then look on the organisation as
a partner rather than a competitor and so will do extra things to help
the company grow (loyalty, voluntary, complimentary).

Employees work harder knowing that any extra funds will be used for
charitable work (and everyone in the organisation including the founders
AND investors can get rich by getting performance pay as they work hard
to make the organisation as success).

So everyone wins. The Investors and founder and politicians all win as
they get increased productivity and get rich through performance pay and
they get to become philanthropists and benefit from getting goodwill
(and feeling great about the philanthropic organisation they created)
before they get rich (rather than after they are rich which is the way
the old philanthropic model works).
