How to innovate more? Imagine infinity rather than the status quo.

Why do organisations not innovate as much as they should? If they think that there is a danger of failure which means that they fail anyway as they loose out by not discovering the radical innovation that will save them massive amounts of time and effort. Imaging if we had all said that the wheel or any new innovation was a risky thing to try.

Looking back we always see how silly we were in the past. What silly things will we look back on ourselves doing now? Can we change that now?

Would it be possible to use Lost Property and other unwanted items that are left at the end of Glastonbury this year to create a FREE Hotel where anyone can stay if they donate a certain ammount of money to charity for every night they stay? http://www.FREEtraid.org explains a bit more about the gift economy we would like to work with you on.

So far we have access to 6 fully working Caravans so this is a real working project that can go ahead and we would love it if you thought this would be of interest to you (the caravans need to be used by the end of the festival so we need to set this up now:)? The aim is to create custom branded open source software (so the same

software that exists is used to solve different social issues). Can we

do this starting with enhancing the WEBiversity.org and TRUSTlibrary.org

prototype sites?

I created TRUSTlibrary.org which has access to 50 shops that are spread

across the uk and we were hoping to work with you to use the spaces. We

are aiming to install the libraries in any university and were hoping we

could do this with you by working with the your contacts. All that is

needed is for the network and universities to be informed of the

Trustlibrary.org volunteer org so we can talk to them about how easy it

is for them to create TrustLibrary spaces.

I hope you can help us to help everyone empower each other and improve

our society with free books.

Making FREE education material for ALL in an ORGANISED way http://www.WEBiversity.org

Would you like to help create FREE education material for ALL in an ORGANISED way? Then lets work together. We have created http://www.WEBiversity.org to prove the concept and now want to make a full crowdsource, crowdfund site using drupal. We want to work with a programmer to do this so we can create a not for profit education organisation working with several charities.

We will supply branding and marketing and social media promotion but neet a programmer who would like to collaborate on this? We are using the http://www.TRAIDmark.org which is like a not for profit coop (democratic) where any surplus funds we get (after you get performance pay) is used to invest in new charitable innovation in order to save lives:) Tweet to @whymandesign if interested.

Can we create free open source education and learning software & spaces with you & FrontlineSMS? http://www.WEBiversity.org and http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org are prototypes we would like to work with you on to create free public services for everyone. This could link in nicely with your great FRONTLINE:learn software. As the space is moving and growing so fast I suggest the FRONTLINE genii (is that plural for genius?:) set up the FRONTLINE:learn asap now using the existing frontline software as a working prototype to prove the concept and help draw attention and therefore get funding. May I also present the http://www.TRAIDmark.org business structure (cooperative but where any surplus funds generated in the future are invested into new innovative solutions to human problems... so creating institutional innovation:). Can FRONTLINE:learnt/medic/sms be run as not for profit cooperatives that do this?

Do get funds so you can pay people like Brendan O'keefe (and many more hopefully including me:) to create incredibly efficient and cheap public services for multiple countries across the globe. The question is why are funders not desperate to fund projects like this?! What is wrong with the funding process? Can any public service or charity funding organisations step in and help? Maybe @nesta_uk or @4ip (I have been trying to get funding for do good projects but maybe someone here will have more success than me?)

Maybe the Nokia foundation, the android foundation, the Vodafone foundation, they Symbian foundation, or others can contact the FRONTline team and give them funds if they or someone they know reads this?
