#Programmer wanted to make #os #nfp #drupal #charity #website that #helps #gov #charity & #orgs #innovate #bigsociety

Do you want to work with a team to create a crowdsourcing not for profit that enables anyone to instantly create their own crowdsourced project and develop it while learning new skills?

We are looking for a programmer to work with a team to build a drupal site using existing (and about to be released) apps that will enable everyone to set up their own crowdsourced project so they can create their own public service, enterprise or charitable work which will fit in with the Big Society aims. If interested please join the http://www.WEBiversity.org facebook group and comment there. @whymandesign

Below is an overview of our objectives...

Creativity enables any organisation or government to exceed expectations
and therefore to solve problems before they happen which makes problems
easier and cheaper to solve.

This can be done by government or organisations encouraging creativity
by educating, empowering and allowing the public to creatively enhance
government and organisations by providing them with support in the form
of every resource that they need to live while they creatively enhance
gov / orgs. This ranges from accommodation, to training and rewards...

In order for this to work a creative person needs to run this process
otherwise they will restrict the process with their limited creative
capacity so will make the whole process fail.

The key problem is the non imaginative people can only see what already
exists and the problems that exist and not the potential. Empowering
creative people enables them to see the potential that can be achieved
and they have the ability to creatively achieve this.

So by not empowering creative people to solve gov & org & charity
problems the organisations are effectively blocking innovation and so
harming the general public.

One key way to do this is by creating crowdsourced and crowdfunded
projects? Such as http://pledgie.com/campaigns/7538 and
http://pledgie.com/campaigns/7537 for example collaborative free
education... http://www.WEBiversity.org

We would be happy to do this for any organisation with a money back
guarantee.

http://www.TRAIDmark.org is one free way to do this.

#filling in #forms #fails #fail @TRAIDmark helps

Filling in Forms Fails.

Asking people to fill in forms wastes time and forces them to compete for one successful place.

So many people waste time and effort filling in words on a spreadsheet (which in the majority of cases is not their main skill base) just so one person can win. This is a Sum Loss.

This means that Forms have a negative effect as they...

1.
Make people compete rather than collaborate
2.
Make 99% of people feel bad when they fail so they are less likely to
succeed
3.
Make all applicants waste time by filling in forms and application
processes.
4.
Take applicants time and skills away form doing what they are good at.

Other forms of assessment rather than Forms are the answer.

live assessment makes
1.
Everyone help each other to do good
2.
Everyone wins as more good is done
3.
No time is wasted filling in forms
4.
Draws collaborators skills together so less duplication

#Cause & #Effect of #Competitions #competing makes #everyone #lose @TRAIDmark helps

Cause and Effect of Competitions competing that makes everyone lose

Competitions get many people to compete for one successful place.
So many people lose just so one person can win. This is a Zero Sum Loss.

This means that competitions have a negative effect as they...

1.
Make people compete rather than collaborate
2.
Make 99% of people feel bad when they fail so they are less likely to succede
3.
Make all applicants waste time by filling in forms and application processes.
4.
Take applicants time and skills away form doing what they are good at.

Collaborations rather than competitions are the answer.

Collaboration makes
1.
Everyone help each other
2.
Everyone wins as there is no winner
3.
No time is wasted filling in forms
4.
Draws collaborators skills together so less duplication
