How to create any creative innovation (charity/startup/gov/hobby) from scratch to help everyone (even if you don't know the problem your going to solve or how to solve it or if you don't believe you have the skills to solve it)? What is the best process for doing this? Do share your views with everyone but here are a few simple ways to start... 1. Start by asking yourself the key question... What is it you want to do? And then ask yourself why? Thirdly ask yourself if anyone is already doing this (if so do help them:)? And finally ask yourself what are the positive and negative effects of what you want to do (who are you helping and hurting by doing it)? What are the hidden negative and positive effects, problems and solutions that you could work on? 2. Blog about what you want to do and ask for help from anyone you know eg over coffee or using social media. Try asking what others want to achieve (and why) and for any support/advice you can get. List what you need to achieve what you want and why 3. Find if there are any ways you can also help others while doing what you want to do (often with no extra effort). 4.
