Simple One Page Social Media Plan For Enhancing Social Networks.

There is so many options and so much information that the trick is to CONCENTRATE on the key areas/information that work.

1. Link up the largest social platforms so they support each other.

   Link Blogs to Twitter to Facebook to Linkedin (and all to your site)

2. Engage your existing and future communities with the help of collages, suppliers, customers, fans in the same way a teacher responsibly encourages students.

   This means that Social Media cultivates better: Research, B2C, B2B, C2C, HR... communication. Good Social Networks are becoming a piece of infrastructure that speeds up all areas of communication just like the Telephone has done.

3. Asses what you are doing and why by measuring outcomes. What you are doing and how you are doing it is key here. Social Networks enable you to get real time data updated 24/7 that shows what your customers like and what they want from you.

Questions to ask.

Who are you targeting and why?

Which social network is best for this and what strategy do you need for this?

What content do you have (or can source from others) that will engage?

Do you want to engage in conversations your customers are already having online?

How can feedback be kept constructive and positive?

What is your long term objective?

What is success and failure for you? Are you willing to learn from mistakes?

The Crux is that Social Media is all about sharing rather than projecting.

The more you share interesting content the more you will be rewarded.

Every Charity, Organisation, Social Enterprise, Sole Trader, NGO, Government Department should have set up a social network account in the big 3 locations (Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin) and linked them together by now so they are able to provide the best public service at almost no cost to themselves.

Fund and Crowdfund all Social Enterprise Startups Creatively?

Want to make something or start an enterprise? Started already but need more funds?

First ask yourself is what your trying to achieve actually worth achieving (or are there more important problems to be solved first e.g. problems that could easily be solved like... hunger/health round the world)?

Second ask yourself why you are trying to achieve what your trying to achieve? Do you just want fame and glory or riches and admiration or are you looking to solve a problem and help others?

Third ask why do you need the funds and can you creatively do what you want to do for free or almost nothing. Often you can. If you cant ask @whymandesign and we can help.

Fourth ask yourself which other startups need the funds more and/or are doing a better job?! Go and join them?

What is the aim of an Organisation or Business Enterprise? To serve the customers. The ultimate aim is to serve everyone in a sustainable manner as cheaply as possible?

This means that National and Global Business Enterprise could be viewed as public services that need to be managed responsibly with Trustees that reflect the interests of the customers & wider community.

If a Business Enterprise serves over a Third or Half of a population in a certain area should that enterprise not be managed by a board of trustees that represent the interests of ALL of the members of that community before any other interests as the effects of that enterprise will effect them all?

Should these trustees be voted in by the whole community making the business or organisation democratic just like democratic countries so they are as accountable as democratic countries?

If not the company or organisation would pursue its objectives without considering the rights of the whole community. This may explain why many companies and organisations target their objectives to the determent of other issues and the wider community.

Create your own job and get funding & crowdfunding for any socent startup?

1.
WHAT do you want to do in life? What do you want to achieve?

Make yourself and others happy?
Many jobs do not do either of those (so there is no point doing them right:).
The problem is how to earn a living while doing what you want to do while helping others.

Many people have solved this problem already....

2.
The key is how to MOTIVATE yourself to make the move and step...

from where you are now (perceived to be secure but in face a certain failure)

To where you want to go (perceived to be dangerous but in face very safe as humans are very good at surviving and have done so for 000's of years).

3.
FUND what you want to do by tapping into funds that are there but not used in the best way.

Busking is a proven example of musicians/artists/performers earning a living doing what they love by finding a use for the spare change everyone has in their pockets.

The rules are the same for Crowdfunding as in real life. Do something that benefits as many people as possible and the funds will come.

This can be done easily but the software that is used to do this has to be designed and build carefully so that the software limitations do not limit the creative potential of crowdsourcing.

How do we know when we are correct, wrong and when over simple generalizations and assumptions mean that things are not as simple as black and white but where there is a rainbow of different options/colours (eg the Thirds way! Or fourth...)?

Those that think they are most correct are most incorrect?
Those that think they are most wrong are most right?

Knowledge = Knowing
Wisdom = Knowing what you dont know?

Is Wisdom always competing with Ignorance?
Anyone can be born ignorant but it takes time and effort to educate all of us to learn to become knowledgeable then Wise! The key then is to lower the barrier to Knowledge AND WISDOM. Wisdom is what you do with your knowledge?

Should we not learn wisdom before we learn knowledge so we are not in a position where we want to do Unwise things with the knowledge we had learned?

How best to teach wisdom to everyone for free so we can all learn to enjoy every second of our lives in happiness and help each other? Selflessness Meditation and compassion are all key to Wisdom?

Do you need knowledge if you have Wisdom?

If learning a "Thirst For Knowledge" is key to knowledge. How is it best to teach this? Spark a quest for the truth in someone?

Where do you go when you day dream & what shapes smells tastes sights do you experience in your dreams?

We can all imagine anything we want but all need to set aside more time for doing NOTHING so sit and stare at the nothingness inside our minds and what we can turn that infinite imaginary space into our imaginarium where we can imagine solutions to human problems?

Thinking Dreaming and scheming can can help us all do anything. The question is what are the most effective and productive things we should be concentrating on imagining solutions to? Health, Education, Hunger?

The inputs that are put into your minds are key to what you can create using your imagination. Choosing a variety of inspiring inputs in different senses are pivotal and making sure they are as useful as possible will reduce procrastination.

What can you imagine?
What do you imagine?
Reality, Fiction, Abstracts?
No one in the world going hungry? It can be done.

How do you act on the dreams that you have?
Write them down? Forget them?
Tweet & Blog about them so others can enjoy them?
