#How can @everyone become #Empowered to #help others just by using our #contacts, #imagination and #money?

The power of the web means we can do everything we were doing before but also on a linked global scale for the first time in history so we are obliged to use this new tool in the best way possible. What else can we do using the web to link up the global community?

Everyone who has been educated and/or everyone who has access to the internet (as we are all probably part of the worlds 10% most wealthy) have so many opportunities that the other 90% of the world dream of having that we must be abliged to use the access we have (and to make access for others) to solve global human problems.

Is empowerment the only thing that is holding us back? Is there a good way to empower the 'top 10% of the world to help the 'botton' 90% and vica versa? Maybe p2p and Microfinance are the doorways through to a new global network.

Unawareness that we are all different causes harm. How can we make each other / everyone aware and compassionate?

http://www.MUSTart.org is one way of helping everyone to express themselves and se how we are all diffferent by getting anyone to take a free book draw in it (showing how different we all are my the way we draw) and then giving it away. If person A is not hurt (or pleased) by phrase xxxx then they think that person B is not hurt by it because they project their own personality on that other person (they do the same with animals too). Soft Skills teaching can make us all aware of this and will be able to combat this complex yet simple problem that humans have when interacting with others that causes so much misunderstood hurt and pain.

If every generation 'progresses' and #discovers a fault with the last. What are our #generations #failures (and the next generations)?

Every generation 'progresses' and discovers a fault with the last. What is the fault's with our existing generation and the future generations? Learning form the past we can use that to estimate what these faults might be and start solving them before they cause too much harm...

rough list of how rights developed to cover different groups.

human rights
womens rights
racial (black...) rights
disabled rights
animal rights
mental (hidden) disabled rights
enhanced (specific animals) rights [could be vegetarianism]
what are the next groups that we could start respecting more and giving rights to now.

Post ideas below about what our generation and future generations are (or will be) doing right and wrong.

If #Inertia #Creeps how can large #organisations stop slowing down #progress. http://www.Traidmark.org

Inertia creeps. As anything becomes successful and grows there appears to be a trand that shows tht large organisations stop changing and so slow down progress. The key appears to be to keep organisations small, nimble and agile so that they can continue to menuvre easily. http://www.Traidmark.org is one way to do this so organisations can continue to create institutional innovation as a way to stop organisations growing and stagnating.

TRAIDMARK.org more details...

You have many identical competitors and this in one pivotal way to
create a USP that will enable you to beat them. If so I would love to
work with you to enhance your business.

I would like to propose a way
to create an additional USP that will benefit* your company by creating
the cumulative mass needed to make your business a success by donating
100% of your companies Net profit to innovative charitable work.

*Increased goodwill with the financial benefits that lead to rapid
growth which causes a rapid increase in profit which leads to an
increase in performance related pay for all involved.

This would create a USP that your competitors will not be able to
compete against allowing you to grow rapidly taking market share as you
gain consumer goodwill. This will allow hard work to be rewarded with
performance related pay.

The open source community will still be able to develop your software
which will dramatically increase the speed of the softwares development.

This business structure will enable your organisation to evolve and work
within a more philanthropic structure while gaining goodwill from
customers/workers/suppliers by clearly explaining their NET donation
percentages.

Q&A

How will I make my millions if I implement this structure?
Hard work and innovation by founders and employees will be rewarded with
performance pay relating to the growth of the company so hard work is
still rewarded. This could be expanded to reward members of the open
source community too.

How will the company survive hard times?
The Net profit can be invested and then donated up to a couple of years
after it has been generated in order secure the companies financial
stability.

How will the company pay for R&D?
The net profit is profit after the company has spent on R&D so still
allows progressive business development.

What other effects will there be?
Workers will be more careful about how they spend the money knowing that
it is being taken away from the end good cause rather than from a
shareholders dividend, which will make the organisation more efficient.
Many benefits will be created from customers / suppliers / partners /
stakeholders / workers that will silently boost the business.

This would...

1 create funds for charity
2 make charity more 'efficient'
3 boost your companies success rate with added goodwill
4 enable people who created your project to get rewarded financially
though performance pay while creating an organisation that is able to
provide a platform for goodwill collaboration where everyone is rewarded
for their hard/clever work knowing that all benefits go towards 'good
causes':)

I would be happy to explain any more details as and when needed.

Open source collaboration info http://ow.ly/XQfg @mifos @akvo @octopusnetwork @dvelo @mykro @kiva @GrameenFdn @wokai @saul @Directgov_i

More details below (and the original message at base)

We have been talking to
http://innovate.direct.gov.uk/
and
http://whowantstobe.co.uk/ http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tps/planet-pledge-pyramid http://apps.facebook.com/pppgame/

about their collaboration models and would love to help others enhance their great open source software (I understand both sets of software are open source:)

If it were possible to link this software with the open source microfinance software people can give/lend money AND give advice/support/Knowledge (which can be given both ways) AS WELL AS collaboration between teams to solve different problems in the most efficient way. The concept is proposed to the Planet Pledge Pyramid here https://apps.facebook.com/pppgame/idea.php?id=123&_fb_q=1

If this sounds of interest it would be great to use the software to create a Microfinance collaboration platform that uses this not for profit / cooperative business model http://www.Traidmark.org where any surplus funds generated are then invested in NEW Innovative not for profit enterprise using the same model.

I would love to help anyone interested in this.

One example is http://ovc.mo.jo created by the pioneering people at http://www.nesta.org.uk (maybe they could fund this!)

........

Original message here and below http://ow.ly/XQfg

Any programmers want to collaborate to just make this using open source software that already exists I can do the design? The software exists we just need to set it up and improve it! Maybe we can do this with Pledgie helping to enhance your great software?

Do you want to create a open source Collaboration crowdsourced website a bit like KIVA? For example to create a ‘Creativity Collaboration version of KIVA’?! where any funds generated are invested in innovative projects that ‘do good’

Can I work with you on this?

It would be great if it were possible to create away for innovative people to collaborate even easier online by building on your community (maybe with the software theps.net have created) and to create a collaboration and innovation crowdsourced/funded network… (Can I do this for you? though need to work with a programmer to set up the software and i can help do the design…)

It would be great to work for your team to create a innovation and collaboration version of KIVA (so not just loaning money but sharing skills…) but where any surplus funds are then reinvested into new innovations that can solve human problems (like KIVA but based on innovation:)

@30under30 Launch and FREE Istructure that benefits everyone such as http://www.Traidmark.org and http://www.BARcampBAR.org #ukgc10

1.
30under30 sounds like it is the start of something great. Is it possible
to create a club using theps.net facebook software and/or Ning sites to
create something like http://www.ugcunion.org so everyone can be linked
up easily. Ideally this could be run as a not for profit that donates
surplus funds to innovative charitable work (http://wwww.Traidmark.org explains the benefits). Could http://www.learningwithoutfrontiers.com do this too?

It would be great to meet up and talk about this at http://www.ukgovweb.org/

2.
Are there funds that can be given to the group on the list below for
them to collaborate together on groundbreaking projects or enough for
them to live on while working on projects? If not
http|://www.BARcampBar.org is one example of how anyone can create a
self sustaining community cafe.

3.
FREE Institutional Innovation structure that benefits everyone.
http://www.Traidmark.org

Business structures to benefits everyone by creating institutional
innovation that will make any organisation innovative more and therefore
create better services that then help improve everyone's lives.

Explanation of the benefits from the simple act of donating net profit.

An organisation is trading normally today (or is in difficulty or not
making a profit)

The organisation makes the simple change of structure by formally
agreeing to donate 100% net profit (after wages/tax/R&D) into innovation
and innovative brand new charitable work.

This enables the organisation to get a goodwill value boost overnight
which increases the value of the company.

Customers an suppliers and competitors then look on the organisation as
a partner rather than a competitor and so will do extra things to help
the company grow (loyalty, voluntary, complimentary).

Employees work harder knowing that any extra funds will be used for
charitable work (and everyone in the organisation including the founders
AND investers can get rich by getting performance pay as they work hard
to make the organisation as success).

So everyone wins. The Investers and founder and politicans all win as
they get increased productivity and get rich through performance pay and
they get to become philanthropists and benefit from getting goodwill
(and feeling great about the philanthropic organisation they created)
before they get rich (rather than after they are rich which is the way
the old philanthropic model works).

So this Traidmark.org business structure builds on the proven soccess
of the Cooperative model where by surplus funds are given out but
IMPORTANTLY funnels those funds so they can be used to create innovation
that cost effectively can help everyone (aiming to fund future
innovations as revolutionary as the wheel / bicycle...)

If you have questions please follow http://www.twitter.com/FREEtraid
http://www.Traidmark.org

Traidmark.org, enables, you, to, gain, from, hard, work, while, funding,
innovation, within, a, Not, For, Profit, organisation

Is anyone who went to 30under30 interested in collaborating on a not for
profit collaboration platform? If so comment at http://www.ugcunion.org :)
