#Enabling everyone to #help #everyone with #emptyshops #offices #space #shops #os #cc #nfp #bigsociety

1.
Do you know of any spaces (hotel, shop, emptyshop, office, hotel, space) or resources (materials, vehicles, people...) that we can help you (or use ourselves) to help everyone by creating innovative public services in?

The key is we would love to help enhance public services creatively with you.

We hope to help use the spaces/resources to help enhance as many peoples lives as possible by running them with a charity that collects donations that are donated/invested in NEW innovative charitable work created by the community:)

We are also able to save the landlord having to pay business rates when the space is empty. If you know of any empty shops/offices that we can save you from having to pay business rates on we can save them from having to do this (All we ask in return is that they donate 50%+ of the savings they make to charity:)

1.
Would it be possible to use the properties when they are not in use (or waiting to be sold) to run charity barcamp.org events where volunteers (academics) get together in the locations to solve humanitarian problems by inventing solutions in brainstorms?

We run the events free but ask the participants to donate funds towards a project created over the weekend so they invent and then fund a solution to a problem.

These can be run for a weekend / week or month depending on the length your property is empty.

2.
Also are you looking for people to live in your empty property in order to keep it safe? We have looked after a number of premium properties as 'Guardians' and are looking to do this in your properties. We charge a small cost to cover the running costs of doing this and would like to help you keep your historic locations as safe as possible. We also encourage the Guardians in the property to run voluntary community art projects that benefit the local and global community for example by creating free http://www.TRUSTlibrary.org in waterproof boxes outside every location.
