@Wikipedia trial article rating which sounds Great:)

Who is it possible to propose that Wikipedia & TED & KIVA... create auto embedded video to every page AND importantly that every page has a crowdsourced and crowdfunded part so everyone can solve any problem linked to any/every wikipedia issue (so Wikipedia is a source of knowledge and a 'do good' open CMS?
